Ty Delley

Executive Director | Program Leader

Ty Delley is the Founder and Executive Director of Unbridled Equine Programs, an organization dedicated to helping individuals discover their strengths, navigate their stories, and live purposeful lives through equine-assisted experiences.

Ty’s passion for strengths-based development and purpose formation began during her nearly 20-year career at Gallup, a global research and management consulting firm known for its groundbreaking work in positive psychology and human potential. As Operational Performance Manager for Gallup’s Entrepreneur Acceleration System, she worked with entrepreneurs across the globe to help them strategically grow their businesses through effective systems, technology, and operational performance.

Following her time at Gallup, Ty co-founded Back2Family, Inc., a company focused on helping busy families reclaim their evenings and create intentional time together. Through this work, she conducted extensive research and spoke on the importance of raising children who understand both their strengths and their sense of purpose—concepts that would ultimately become foundational to Unbridled.

Today, Ty leads Unbridled’s innovative programs that integrate strengths-based development, neuroscience, and experiential learning with horses. Through this work, Unbridled serves veterans, first responders, at-risk youth, and other vulnerable populations navigating significant life challenges.

Ty lives on her family’s ranch outside Waco, Texas, where she enjoys riding horses and spending time outdoors with her husband.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
