Our small group (8 individuals) program for youth (ages 14-18 years old) meets once/week for 4 weeks from 2pm-5pm.
Each session includes opportunities to learn more about your strengths and talents, understand how your brain works, develop skills to regulate responses in fight | flight | freeze, define your values, and determine your passion so you can live a life of purpose.
Sessions are facilitated by a team of professionals and will include hands-on equine experiences to help navigate obstacles and challenges, and enhance relationships.
